• This course offers hands on experience in catering and cookery skills
• Students will gain practical skills in preparation and presentation of foods and beverage to the hospitality industry standards
• Students will have the opportunity to do off-site training and explore a variety of hospitality experiences
• This course will have a strong focus on preparation, presentation and service of food with the expectation to maintain a high level of personal presentation
• Barista skills
