• Certificate of Achievement in Cookery Skills and Food and Beverage in Level 1

Entry:

• Open, however, entry is also at the HOF’s discretion.

Information:

• This course offers hands on experience in catering and cookery skills.
• Students will gain practical skills in preparation and presentation of foods and beverage to the hospitality industry standards.
